As a manager, I have struggled knowing the correct way to (1) find other artists managers and (2) correct protocol to reach out to them. In most cases, I’ve either wanted to ask permission to do a remix or ask if my artist could connect directly with their artist. I feel like a typical fan trying to reach out which I am not obviously. Is there a suggested organization we can join besides typical ASCAP type thing?
